I join early-stage fintech teams as the sole designer — no PM, no inherited system — and I ship. Five years of that. Tylt went 0 → $8M+ monthly. CrossRamp killed payment fraud with a verification layer that later extended to Brazil and Europe. TradingLeagues and TradingRooms both went from concept to live product.
I work across the full product surface: the flows, the logic, the edge cases, the system underneath the screens. I'm also building with AI — spec-first products, directed prototypes, AI as contractor rather than collaborator. The builds section is where that lives.
